Miles Willis, BA
Miles (He/Him) is a graduate student currently pursuing an MA and Master of Education in Psychological Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University. He holds a BA in Psychology from Clark University. Miles works from a strength-based and person-centered perspective, while encouraging mindfulness techniques and creating an affirming space with the client.
Miles is originally from interior Alaska and now lives in NYC. He is 23 years old, queer, a trans man, and a second-generation immigrant. In his spare time, he enjoys discovering new knitting patterns, running, and photography.

Lisa Piccinnini, BA
Lisa (She/Her) is a graduate student at Baruch College pursuing an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling and has a B.A. in Clinical Psychology from Hunter College. She is from Long Island, New York and now lives in NYC. She is committed to offering a nonjudgmental space for others where they can feel comfortable to explore and process their experiences, thoughts, and emotions, as well as be their most authentic selves in order to reach their goals and fullest potential.
Lisa’s therapeutic style is warm, attentive, and flexible. She believes in working together with her clients to meet them where they are at and discover what approaches will work best for them. She often uses various components of CBT and psychodynamic theory when working with her clients. Lisa is passionate about helping individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, disordered eating, and other presenting issues, as well as those in the LGBTQ+ community.
Lisa feels strongly about the bidirectional relationship between the mind and the body and believes in the importance of physical movement and self-care. In her free time, she loves strength training, going for walks, spending time outside, and spending time with her dog, Koda. She also enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants in New York City, puzzles, and spending time with her friends and family.
Lisa recognizes how important it is to take care of one’s mental health and how challenging it can be to take the steps to do so. She looks forward to working with you and supporting you in the process!

Kate Jamison, MS, MHC-LP
Kate (She/They) is a graduate student at NYU’s Counseling for Mental Health & Wellness Program, specializing in LGBTQ+ affirmative care. She is committed to counseling from a multicultural lens, creating a space where client’s needs and experiences are heard and validated. Kate is passionate about helping clients from person-centered and strengths-based approaches.
In her free time, Kate loves to make simple syrups for her morning coffee, watercolor, experiment with fun makeup looks, and explore Brooklyn neighborhoods and restaurants. Prioritizing your mental health is one of the best choices to make for yourself, and Kate would be excited and humbled to be a part of your journey.

Cristina Shea, MS, LMSW
Cristina (She/Her) is a licensed psychotherapist practicing in New York, with a primary focus on emotional, social, and behavioral challenges faced in early adulthood, adolescence, and childhood. Her client-centered approach is grounded in attachment and cognitive behavioral theories. Cristina is passionate about helping her clients find comfort with everyday thoughts, emotions, and experiences that contribute to living a full life.
Whether coming to her in a time of crisis or beginning therapy to maintain a healthful state of mind, Cristina takes a gentle and holistic stance with each client, developing a treatment plan that is unique to their needs. Her approach caters to varying client needs, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, eating disorders, neurodivergence, trauma, and gender and sexuality struggles and exploration. She is always eager to learn more and is frequently engaging in opportunities to learn and expand her knowledge.
Outside of her practice, Cristina is an adjunct lecturer, a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, and an avid runner.
Cristina received her graduate degree in social work from New York University and her undergraduate degree in psychology from Marymount Manhattan College.

Rachel Moses, MA, MHC-LP
Rachel Moses: (She/Her) is a graduate of the master’s in mental health counseling program at Brooklyn College and currently has her MHC-LP. She is dedicated in her work to foster a safe space for all clients to speak openly about life and all that comes with it. Compassionate and patient, she takes on a person-centered approach to ensure clients are being heard and accepted as they are. Rachel also uses evidence-based treatments in her work. She believes that everyone has the potential to grow, to learn, and to flourish already inside of them.
During her free time, she enjoys baking, knitting, listening to Broadway cast recordings, and spending time with her pet dog and parakeet.
