Psychiatry

How much does Psychiatry cost?

Collaborative is generally an out-of-network practice, except for certain providers on certain insurance panels. You can find this list by looking the “Our Team” page as well as the Costs & Insurances pages under the menu above. If you’re not sure if you have out-of-network coverage, please contact your insurance provider at the number listed on the back of your insurance card. If you prefer, we can get that information over to our billing team to verify your insurance coverage for out of network. Even though we are out of network, our billing team does submit the claims to your insurance on your behalf. Disclaimer: We do not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company.  Your insurance company (if you have out of network benefits) will base reimbursement on your plan’s specific policy.
