Vanessa (She/Her) is a Dominican-American New York native and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Queens College. In this position, Vanessa works closely with the CEO of Collaborative as well as facilitates the Administration Team’s function by overseeing the administrative objectives at Collaborative. She is in charge of recruitment, onboarding as well as all training related duties at Collaborative. 

Vanessa is determined to make any space she’s in well-organized and more efficient. She has extensive experience in middle- and senior-level managers by providing them with consistent clerical support. She is a highly approachable individual who has a pleasant attitude and a willingness/commitment to make a positive mark. 

Her hobbies include yoga, photography, and spending time with her cat Figgy.
