As a therapist, I strive to meet my clients where they are at; to provide unconditional support and create a safe space for self-reflection and exploration. In taking a consistently curious approach in session, I provide the opportunity for openness, vulnerability, and ultimately, a better understanding of oneself. I believe that deep reflection leads to a better understanding of ourselves, our needs, and our personal values.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in various techniques and modalities and I believe each client is unique, therefore my approach in session depends on individual needs. I am passionate about working with anxiety disorders, depression, life transitions, relationships, family systems, and coping skills.

I believe in creating a warm, inviting, safe space for all of my clients. I know the first step to seeking help can often be the most difficult. I am looking forward to learning more about what challenges you are currently experiencing and exploring what I can do to support you.
