Costs/Private Pay
We break our clinicians down by department, level of experience, and licensure. Clinician levels can be found in their individual profiles on our People page.
Collaborative Therapy (Psychotherapy/Life Coaching)
Level 1: $35/15 minutes , $50/25 minutes, $90/40 minutes, $100/55 minutes**
Level 2: $125/15 minutes, $150/25 minutes, $200/40 minutes, $250/55 minutes**
Level 3: $175/15 minutes, $200/25 minutes, $300/40 minutes, $350/55 minutes**
Level 4: $200/15 minutes, $250/25 minutes, $350/40 minutes, $500/55 minutes**
Founders Level: $275/15 minutes, $425/25 minutes, $500/40 minutes, $600/55 minutes**
Group Therapy: $175 per session (75 minutes). Monthly commitment. New patients must have a 1-hour initial appointment at the clinician’s hourly rate prior to group engagement
In Home Services: We offer In-Home Services. Services are as follows:
Travel time is billed at the clinician’s hourly rate.
In-home clinical services are billed at 2x the clinician’s hourly rate.
Reimbursement (at cost) of all travel-related expenses.
**All new clients require two appointments of 55 minutes in length each during the first week. A 50% (Equivilant of One Hour) deposit is required to hold the appointments**
Collaborative Psychiatry (Psychiatrists)
$450/60minutes, $350/45 minutes, $250/20 minutes
**All initial appointments are 1-1.5 hours in length and this time is clinically necessary for the first appointment. A 10% deposit is required to hold the initial appointment**
Group Therapy: $175 per session (75 minutes). Monthly commitment. Noncurrent patients must have a 1-hour initial appointment at the clinician’s hourly rate prior to group engagement.

Collaborative Wellness (Acupuncturists)
$225- Initial Appointment**
$150/60minute follow ups
**All initial appointments are 1.5 hours in length and this time is clinically necessary for the first appointment. A 10% deposit is required to hold the initial appointment**
Additional Services:
Stimulation: $50 – Addtional per session
Cupping: $50 – Additional per session

All of our clinicians work with out-of-network insurance. Our billing team ensures that you do not have to deal with a vast majority of the paperwork. This allows you to receive the maximum reimbursement in the shortest time. We are constantly working to add more carriers and increase our ability to submit claims on your behalf. At Collaborative, we do not offer a sliding scale. However, we offer a Universal Financial Hardship. This comprehensive review takes financial obligations into account and helps find the right balance because we believe access for all is important! Financial hardships are granted at the discretion of the practice.
